Payments

You can pay various items in relation to INTAGIO.
Our main way to process payments is at Paypal, use the payment buttons below.
If for whatever reason you don't wish to use Paypal, in the bottom you find the bank transfer details.

Gathering Participation Fee (current year)

Pay the Gathering registration fee via the "Pay Now"  button below
  •     All prices include: gathering activities, coffee breaks, rooms, meals.

  •     Choose between single room or double room.
  •     To "share" a room with someone, please select "Double room (1 person)". For double rooms you can arrange yourself, or ask the organizers to match you with someone.
  •     All rooms have some sea view, but some rooms have a front sea view.
  •     Non-residential = We offer this discount for local members, who won't stay in the hotel anyway. This price includes the same package as the other prices, only minus the room with breakfast.
  •     Depending on interest, energy to organize, and weather, some optional extra programs can happen (local tour, dinner outside, or other). These will be offered on site separately. Probably the cost of these will vary according the number of participants, so these are not included in the normal gathering package.
  •     Please register as soon as you know - it helps our members in the organizing committee a lot in planning the program, and managing the contract with the hotel.
Select from the drop down list "Registration fee with room choice", and click on "Pay Now".
This system is managed by Paypal. You can pay bay major credit cards via a Paypal account. If you don't have a Paypal account, it will ask you to create one and add your credit card.





Membership Fees

  • Use the Paypal buttons below to send membership payments. The username of INTAGIO in Paypal is "finances.intagio@gmail.com".
  • If no Paypal account: click the "Donate" button and Paypal will ask you to register for a PayPal account.
  • Proof of membership:  Your payment receipt is your proof of membership (e-mail, pdf, or paper).

  • Printing a receipt :  click "print donation receipt". It launches a pop-up window. It can be blocked by pop-up blockers, so switch it off if you use one.  This receipt is your proof of paid-up membership. 
  • Invoice:  Send the invoice details to finances.intagio@gmail.com, and a member of the finance committee will send it to you in pdf.

Bank Transfers

If you wish to use bank transfer instead of Paypal, we maintain a bank account for this reason.
Here are the bank details of INTAGIO, which is a UK bank account in GBP, due to the fact that our organisation's official address is in London.
  • Please,  transfer the amounts in EUR.
    Make sure to pay both for the sending and receiving costs of the international transfer. Otherwise the amount arriving on the INTAGIO account will be lowered by the fees.

  • Members in the finance committee check the bank account regularly, and will tell the other groups of your payment. However, it always helps if you send a note in e-mail after your payment to the Gathering organizer, or someone in the Executive Committee after paying a membership fee.
