Before registering to the Gathering as a participant, please make sure you have paid or renewed your membership for 2027. If you have not, please do so here.

Your registration as participant will be confirmed upon receipt of your payment of the Gathering fee of €346. It covers renting of meeting space for our proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and the INTAGIO dinner.  Gathering fees do not cover drinks consumed at the bar or in your room or dinners (except the official INTAGIO group dinner). 

Scholarship(s) will be available to cover the cost of the Gathering fee (number of scholarships to be decided)

Budapest is well connected to other European cities; there are regular flights to all major airports in Europe with several flights per day. Both major airlines and low cost airlines fly to Budapest. Unfortunately there is still no direct train to the airport, but there is a reliable minibus service and taxis are also OK.

The hotel is 35 mins from the airport by taxi during daytime hours, it is a bit less in the morning or in the evening. If you arrive alone, the official shared minibus service miniBUD is a good option, they charge HUF 7995 (approx. 23 Euros) for a door-to-door service With miniBUD you travel with other passengers and the minibuses drop them at different hotels, so it might take a bit longer.It is recommended to reserve your ride before arrival.

An official taxi ride costs around HUF 11.500 (approx 32 euros) if you use Fotaxi or Bolt. If you travel together with someone or as a trio, it is cheaper to take a taxi. You can reserve taxis online or with their app.

If you arrive by train, you either arrive at the Keleti train station or at the Nyugati station. Keleti station serves western directions, e.g. Austria, Italy, this station is just 2 bus stops from the hotel. Nyugati station serves northern directions, e.g. Czechia, Germany. This station is 15 minutes from the venue with public transport.
